What to feed a cold...





Okay, enough already. I have been sick on and off for about two weeks now and I am done. Some days all I could stomach were peanut butter and apricot jam sandwiches. The last few days I have been trying to eat more veggies and protein. Leading to the invention of my new favorite breakfast, sauteed asparagus, soy sausage and a steamed egg... of course also chicken soup (homemade is there any other way?)

Wow that looks good! You get all gourmet when you get sick! I hope you feel better soon, but I'm loving the posts. ; )
