Clam Cakes.. they are perfect on slightly chilly days... And the only place I have ever had them is the New England Area..

(this sounds so good -- I've never in my life had a clam cake.)
Trust me they are amazing... I vaguely remember a family member cooking them with corn meal, onions, fresh clams and hot sauce... I will let you know how the mix turns out :-)
